Marina Shikman

Marina Shikman is a Sales Associate with Coldwell Banker Realty, a global real estate company that specializes in all aspects of Residential Real Estate.

Marina’s background was in teaching and she feels that was excellent preparation to guide her clients in all Real Estate transactions.

Besides English, Marina speaks Russian and Dutch. At Coldwell Banker, Marina has achieved 2016 - 2022 NJ Realtors® Circle of Excellence Award and has earned the following designations: Certified Residential Specialist (CRS),  Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR^®)

Marina understands how important solid ethics and attention to detail are to the success of each transaction. She employs good planning, and strong persuasive and communication skills to make each transaction as stress-free as possible. Less stress makes for happier home owners.

Marina lives in West Windsor with her husband Morris. Marina loves different forms of arts and crafts, exploring new cities, museums and cuisines and especially walking the beautiful parks of Mercer County.
